I’m a Programme & PMO Director with over two decades of experience helping executive leaders turn complex strategic ambitions into measurable reality.

Throughout my career across both public and private sectors, I’ve established enterprise PMOs, scaled delivery organisations, and led multi-million-pound technology and operational transformations. My approach balances robust governance with commercial practicality—ensuring organisations don’t just deliver projects, but realise genuine business value, improve efficiency, and build resilient delivery cultures.

At the core of every successful transformation is its people. Beyond establishing governance and strategy, I am passionate about building, mentoring, and empowering high-performing delivery teams. Having led multidisciplinary cohorts of over 40 professionals across product, engineering, data, and operations, I focus on creating inclusive, accountable delivery cultures where individuals thrive. As a mentor, I work closely with emerging PMO leaders and project managers to hone their commercial acumen, develop strategic thinking, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Commercial & Pipeline Alignment: Partnering with commercial and pre-sales teams during discovery, due diligence, SOW production, and bid activities to ensure deliverable solutions.
